Spacey Macy

Incoherent chanteuse Macy Gray, has cancelled her upcoming tour of the south in support of her recent album The Id. The album was recently certified Aluminum by RIAA.

No official reason was given for the cancellation, but Gray did leave a message to fans on her official website. "As much as I love chicken and waffles, sometimes I have to have some cereal" Gray said. "I only want to do the things that are going to be the most ways to see what I am. I know a lot of people want to see what there is to Macy and Macy says there aren't going to be there of a won't do a no longer this. If you look up in the sky, you'll see that there is a way for all of us to be as long as we can."

George Watch 2001 is over. Mere days after it was begun, RRC's George Watch 2001 has ended with the death of the former Beatle yesterday in Los Angeles.

Harrison's Beatle bandmate, Sir Paul McCartney, has reportedly recorded a tribute song which will be released, ignored and ultimately forgotten in the coming weeks.

Godspeed George. Whatever that means. Wherever you are has got to be better than here.

Former Beatle, George Harrison is clinging to life in a California hospital, according to widespread unconfirmed reports. Diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer, Harrison is reportedly in "grave condition", say anonymous sources.

Harrison was originally reported as gravely ill in August of 2001. Harrison himself denied being on death's door at that time, but has not commented on this latest round of rumors.

Dreams Can Come True

Just when you thought there would be no reason to buy a Playstation2, game company THQ has announced that their new WWF game, Smackdown: Just Bring It! will include a playable character based on rap-rocker Fred Durst .

According to a THQ spokesman, "Mini-Durst" is available as a "secret character" that gamers gain access to after completing certain tasks in the game. "As with all of the characters in the game, the Durst character has its own signature moves." the spokesman said. Among the moves the character can perform is the "Punch and Sue", in which the digitized Durst attacks his opponent, and then hides behind a cadre of mini-lawyers who pummel the opponent with their briefcases and spurious lawsuits.

Physical Insanity

Assault charges were recently dropped against Jay Kay, singer and frontman for Jamiroquai, a one-hit funk group from England. The charges stemmed from an April incident in which Kay allegedly assaulted photographer Dennis Gill outside a London nightclub.

The scuffle ensued when Gill refused to take a photo of Kay, stating "Who are you? Why should I take a picture of you?" According to witnesses, Kay became incensed that the photographer was unaware of his identity, screaming "Don't you know who I am? I'm the singer for Jamiroquai, dammit!" Gill was outside the nightclub because of a tip he had received that Sporty Spice would be there.

Gill dropped the charges after he found out that Kay did not have any money. Said Gill "What am I gonna do? Sue him for one of his furry hats?"
